SHADE MANAGEMENT
SHADE Management was founded in 2016. It is an influencer management agency for Black and Brown Creators. Founders Jaques and Dahcia Bastien aimed to create an agency that connects brands directly with creators of colors. At the time, they were in need of visibility in the press. Niche media outlets were targeted for increased awareness to reach Black and Brown content creators and marketing professionals.

FINE ARTIST, RONALD DRAPER
Fine Artist, Ronald Draper had an exhibition in March 2017 named #BrownBoyJoy. The work celebrated Black manhood and pivotal figures in Black History. The series debuted and was on view at the La Maison d’Art in Harlem, NY.

GANSEVOORT HOTEL GROUP
As the Community Manager for the Gansevoort Hotel Group (Meatpacking District, Park Avenue, Turks and Caicos and Dominican Republic), the combined social following increased organically to over 80K followers. Gansevoort's social presence had been established as a boutique luxury hospitality brand that values strategic partnerships, local business and guests to a high standard before, during and after their stay.
RESULTS:
Grew the combined audience to 116K+ followers across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest pages
Drove direct bookings for room revenue growth via organic posts. The posts generated over 100 clicks per post via Facebook Business and Twitter.
Success influencer partnerships with A Bikini A Day and Chiara Feragni
Encouraged guests to submit images about their experiences with the brand. The hashtag, #GansevoortLife generated over 10K impressions.
TAI LIFE MEDIA, LLC
TheTaiLife.com was a women’s lifestyle site covering the latest in beauty, fashion, interior, travel and personal interests. Each week a ‘Muse of The Day’ was highlighted which was selected by the editorial staff. The website also had a Facebook, Twitter and Instagram page.

Published 2-5 stories weekly on TheTaiLife.com
Created #beautyfullreminders daily
